As the connectors, nurturers, communicators and creators women need to feel in control of their lives, their health and especially their happiness. It all starts with one simple thing, Energy Management.
1. Be unstoppable
The commodity people will pay for the most is more time and secondly more energy. However, with more energy comes more time. Constantly rushing from one place to another, one item on the to do list to the next, our roles are plenty and varied. This “gear switching” and endless running around, taps into and drains your energy sources. If you know how to manage your energy, you gain more time. What would more time mean for you?
2. Be a hot Mama
Are you overeating just to keep yourself going? Does excess eating to boost your energy lead to excess weight or making it impossible to loose those last stubborn pounds? If you want to be in the best shape and health possible, simply live to boost your energy – no dieting, deprivation or binges on high calorie sugar foods and drinks.
3. Be a social butterfly
Does your lack of energy put a damper on your social life? Do you wonder if you will have enough energy to go out with your friends? Are you always the one taking a rain check and thinking other people’s lives seem more fun? With more energy you can afford to have fun, make plans, be in the moment and enjoy a dazzling social life.
4. Be healthy
Do you get sick easily? How many times a year do you get a cold or the common flu? How often do you feel fatigued at the end of the day? By taking charge of your energy, you boost your health and automatically cut down on sick days from work.
5. Save money
Do you abuse stimulants and spend your money on coffee, sugar-laden treats, energy drinks and creams to cover up tired or dark circles under your eyes? Add up how much you spend a day; a week, month or more for these short term fixes that lead to much bigger problems.
6. Get your Spunk back
Do you suffer from mild to severe depression? Does your lack of energy and use of stimulants cause moodiness and foggy head syndrome? Does your family know when to run in the opposite direction? By taking control of your energy, you will have less blood sugar highs and lows, experience less moodiness and you will even begin to like yourself again. And why shouldn’t you, you are Awesome!
7. Get your beauty sleep
Does stress, guilt, stimulants or an overactive mind keep you from getting a good night’s rest? You body needs sleep to rejuvenate and re-charge. You can’t win back sleep over the weekend, but you can take better care of yourself and your energy which will reward you with better sleep, great skin, less foggy head syndrome and feeling clear-headed and excited to face the day.
8. Feel your worth
Does your lack of energy lead to a decrease in productivity and confidence to get things done? Would you feel more in control and dynamic if you knew what the “Energizer Bunny’s” secret was?
9. Fall in love with You
Does your lack of energy and ability to get things done, cripple your self-confidence? If only you had more time, energy or drive to get to the gym, work, run a pristine household, win mother of the year award and be the best wife. And so you set the bar high for yourself and impossible to achieve, you feel bad about yourself and bad that you don’t have time to take better care of yourself. With more energy, you eat better, you treat yourself better and you get reminded just how fabulous you are.
10. Turn back the clock
Eating foods that enhance your energy don’t contain age enhancing chemicals, stimulants, toxins or cause inflammation in your body. They are the same life-giving foods that give you boundless energy and makes your skin radiate from inside out.
